Why We Like The Endless Run Short

The Endless Run Short uses a simultaneously loose but slim fit to ensure comfort with free-moving breathability for long runs in the hills. And long runs require lots of energy, so Patagonia made it with no-bounce side and back pockets to securely harness our gels and bars. They also added a thinner front panel that lets the wind we run into squeeze in and help cool us off.

Stretchy and light-feels great!

Familiarity:

Medium

It's unfortunate that the size I got this in was a bit bigger because for someone my size and height I should've went for the smaller size but I accounted for me extra insulation. Once I put on the shorts though I pretty much disregarded all of that. Even though I'm losing weight gradually I still feel a bit shy about wearing this while running outside. I need to lose atleast several more pounds before I'm confident enough to show off my form HAHAHA! I base my rating on indoor training at home doing boxing and other cardio at home. I still stand by what I said, it's stretchy which is a plus. It's light which is a must. It feels great which is a default for all my clothes. It needs to feel great and I don't know what materials they use for the Endless short but I can see myself probably ordering a smaller size when I'm down several pounds because they look so minimally sleek that it's a waste not to size down along with the shorts. I can see this as my go to.

THE BEST RUNNING SHORTS, EVER!

Seriously! These were created as a key component for Patagonia's High Endurance Kit - a specialty apparel system for running long and far through the mountains. When the first run of the HEK ran out, they discontinued these shorts for a couple of seasons... But they're back! (So scoop up a couple of pairs before they're gone.) I've worn one pair for literally hundreds of hours of trail running, alpine approaches, backpacking, scrambling, and rock soloing - they're my go-to bottom for just about everything in the mountains during the summer months. I can best describe them as a more "modest" compression short, with perfect pockets. The mesh side pockets keep your phone and snacks or accessories close to the body and prevents them from bouncing while moving. The front panel provides the "modesty" and a little wind resistance. Really, they're perfect. Can't recommend them enough.
