Like magic.

You may not be able to fit a fishing pole into your pocket as you hike, but at least the Patagonia Duckbill Visor folds up easily and then rebounds back to its original shape. It’s crafted from a Baggies foam crown and brim with a DWR treatment, so it’s extremely flexible and water-resistant for day-long excursions. It also features polyester tricot mesh panels and a moisture-wicking Coolmax headband so your head stays ventilated and cool, and it has an elastic back with an adjustable buckled strap for a secure fit.

Let Me Tell You About This Visor..

  • Familiarity: I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share

Honestly, I gave this as a joke gift to my cousin... and he wears the thing all the time now haha. Great Patagonia style and fit. Comes in a variety of colors and designs, which means you can snag one for any occasion. They are pretty durable as well, my cousin fishes and kayaks in his.

Performance boosting

Run faster, climb harder, look cooler. If you wanna let it flow but need to keep the sun out of your eyes, try this visor. I'm a big fan of this, I don't really wear it for a casual day in the office, but I love wearing it trail running, under my helmet when I'm climbing, and out on the water when I'm rafting, supping, or lounging.

Give it a try and see what happens. I feel it will exceed your expectations.

    wahoo!

    • Familiarity: I returned this product before using it

I sadly returned this visor. I wanted it to work for me really badly! It just didn't look great on me, but everyone else that i've seen with it looks awesome! I would still recommend this product to anyone. Especially for warmer activities where you want to put your hair up and not under a stuffy hat. Water activities would also work really well for this product. Sad day for me, but will work for others!

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times

This hat is amazing. Not only does it look good on, but it is unlike any other visor. The material allows for it to bend, fold, and even crush into a tiny ball in your hands (I've rang out lots and lots of sweat from this visor), without sacrificing the visor form. I typically wear this running, working out, or hiking. The visor is adjustable and stays on well. I liked it so much I bought it in bandana blue and underwater blue!

    Best visor ever.

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

Who would have thought that I could get excited about a new visor?! But this is seriously the best visor ever. I wear a visor a lot when I run. This one is SO comfortable. It's incredibly light and super-soft without a lot of structure, though there's enough that it'll hold its shape. It seems well constructed, so I expect it to last a long time. Very happy with this.

    Awesome!

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times

Okay, so I was a little apprehensive about looking like I popped straight out of a Everybody Loves Raymond episode, but the Duckbill visor is awesome! This summer's heat has been really unbearable, and wearing a hat has been making my melon feel a lot like the Florida Everglades, and because it's super important to protect your melon, I wanted to give this a try. And it's really, really comfortable. This visor is not only lightweight, but super flexible and easy to adjust. I really like the fact that it doesn't mash down my hair in the way a running cap does, which ultimately discourages the wet dog look.

    Works well

I have a Duckbill Cap and it is good cap for my running. my head is big size (usually L or XL) I can wear the Duckbill cap and get my swat well but want to try more comfortably for my head that this visor. easy to put sun glass on the brim and can put into the pocket same as D/Cap.

      Rock the Visor

      • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

Why wear a hat when you could wear a visor and keep your head cool but keep the shade!

I also use this under my climbing helmet, and it's quite low profile. perfect!
