- Q & A
I could wear it everyday
- Familiarity: I've used it several times
- Fit: Runs large
- Size Bought: X-Large
- Height: 5'5"
- Weight: 210lbs
I really enjoy the fit of this jacket and the comfort. It helps against the wind and there is enough space in the stomach and boobie area where it does not fit tight. I love pullovers. I have the bivy nano puff pullover and even though that has a slimmer fit, i really love the style of this jacket more. My only concern is how many feathers come out with each wear. I had a thermal long sleeve on as a base layer and when i removed the jacket there were a bunch of little feathers on my sleeves. unfortunately, how often I wear this jacket can probably be me running it down, but it is worth it for this amount of comfort and warmth. this jacket runs a bit large but in a good way. Can still fit under my rain shell without too much poof.
Merry Christmas to me!
- Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
- Fit: True to size
I've wanted one of these since it first came out, so I got one for Christmas. It is really warm and comfortable. I have all of the other members of the Down Sweater family, so I had to get this one, as well! I've pretty much lived in it ever since I got it! I am in between a medium and a large, so I sized up to make sure there was room for layering. I found the fit to be slightly odd - kind of frumpy in the mid section and tight under the arms. Not too much of either, it just fit a little different than I expected. Overall, I love it and highly recommend it.
Very nice and warm
- Familiarity: I returned this product before using it
- Fit: Runs large
- Size Bought: XS
- Height: 5'1"
- Weight: 107lbs
I really wish I could keep this jacket because it was so nice and warm but it was too big! The size is not consistent with other Patagonia hoodies and pullovers. This jacket was not made for short people.
- Fit: True to size
- Size Bought: Large
- Height: 5'6"
- Weight: 160lbs
This jacket works well for me. I walk early in the morning and it’s easy to degress and light snow. I was warm and even though it was wet from snow, I was dry. Highly recommend.
Great addition to the snap t collection
This is a down sweater snap t, but it isn't as thick as a down sweater. It also doesn't have as high of quality down so it isn't as warm. But it's a great piece to wear around town and throw on over something else in the fall. Plus it's slightly different than jackets, which I really like. The giant kangaroo pockets are nice for storing things. It's pretty much like an extra warm snap t and is really comfy. Mine has the retro logo on it which I like a lot better.
