This arrived today and it is so much better fitting than my one of a few years ago which I have worn till it's practically thread bare. It's not boxy like my previous one. This one is much more flattering. I ordered the Dark Currant and it's almost a medium brown/ currant color. I am 90 lbs and 5'2 and ordered the xs - it's roomy enough to wear clothes underneath no problem. Hits below the hips and though the sleeves are long I just roll them up. It's very comfortable and easy to move in - and it is a very warm jacket. Love it!

Makes a great gift
- Familiarity:
- I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share
I purchased this jacket for my mother, my grandmother, and my mother-in-law. They all appreciated the gift and had good things to say (i.e., it's soft, warm, not too bulky, etc.). The branding is conservative (old people love that). Personally, I prefer full zippers to 1/4 zippers and so do they. Thank you Backcountry for helping me to find a gift that was both thoughtful and practical. I have no idea what I'm going to get them next year, though.

Great price and efficient delivery

We are first time customers of this online store. We ordered a Patagonia jacket for my teenager - the price was much cheaper than most other places for the same jacket. Furthermore, being first time customers, we were offered a 15% discount. And, with a promo code, we got upgraded to free 2 day shipping. What a steal?! We placed the order at 6:00 pm EST, received an email with the tracking # at 6:30 PM and received the product the next day by 3:00 pm. Now that's efficiency! Very impressed with the selection, prices, and overall handling of the order. We will definitely shop here again and highly recommend this store.

I agree with another review. The sleeves are unusually wide and long. The shape is very boxy. I am returning and will just continue to wear my old Patagonia fleece. Mark me as disappointed.

Looking to purchase this jacket, but can't decide between XS and S. I am also 5'6'' but weigh 110 lbs. I would like to be able to layer under the jacket. Any advice?
