    For your morning routine.

You don't believe in to-go cups—in fact, you go just about everywhere with your favorite ceramic mug in hand. While you're strolling around the neighborhood with your morning cup of joe and your furry four-legged friend, pull on your Patagonia Men's Baggies Jacket to fight light spring showers. This lightweight shell is wind- and water-resistant, and the polyester lining is soft and comfortable against your skin. Two zippered hand pockets stash treats for your pooch (or for you), and the raglan sleeves allow full mobility while you're waving to neighbors or crouching down to engage in the less glamorous side of dog ownership.

    Decent unlined nylon jacket.

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times
    • Fit: True to size
    • Size Bought: XL
    • Height: 6'0"
    • Weight: 220lbs

Very classical look since it looks like the Shelled Synchilla Jacket but without the fleece lining and other niceties.
XL blue looks and fits nicely though the body is relatively wide and needs to be trimmed. The length runs to the waistline and won't pull up much if you raise your arms.
There's a mesh inside lining but NO inner pockets though the handpockets are relatively roomy enough to store your smartphone, wallet and keys. The sleeve length is ~36 inches and roomy enough to wear a light sweater/fleece underneath if you need warmth. It's Not lightweight but feels sturdy enough to last and block the wind. It's good for the spring/autumn but will be too hot for the summer. It's Unlined so it's not meant to be worn during the winter though you can possibly wear a thicker fleece underneath but it's easier to wear an insulated jacket instead.
It's EXPENSIVE for a Basic windbreaker jacket considering that there's no inner pockets and no rollup hood.
It's a decent buy when it's on sale but NOT worth it at full price. Would've been a higher rating if it included some missing niceties with a more affordable price.

    No pocket for your phone

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times
    • Fit: True to size
    • Size Bought: medium
    • Height: 5'6"
    • Weight: 150lbs

This jacket is well-made and knit cuffs are a plus. But who makes a jacket with no (ZERO) inside pocket(s) these days?!
I like the jacket but Patagonia's designers are IMO pretty out-of-touch with the way real people live!

    Great fall jacket!

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times
    • Fit: True to size
    • Size Bought: L
    • Height: 5'11"
    • Weight: 185lbs

This jacket is great. Incredible comfortable and great for that 60 - 70 degree nights. The only thing that keeps this from being a 5-star jacket is that the fit is a bit strange. The M fits like you think it should except in the shoulders. The L fits like it should in the shoulders, but then the stomach is more for a fella with a beer belly. I traded in my M and opted for the L because I can't stand clothes being too tight in the chest/shoulders!

    My husband loves this jacket

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times
    • Fit: True to size
    • Size Bought: Medium
    • Height: 5'10"
    • Weight: 180lbs

I got this jacket for my husband for a trip this spring. It served him well in weather that called for layers (and, occasionally, a waterproof one on top). He was particularly fond of the zippered pockets. 5'10, 180 lbs and he took the M.

    I Like it, BUT......

    • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
    • Fit: True to size
    • Size Bought: XL
    • Height: 5'8"
    • Weight: 200lbs

It's a classic jacket - style and fit. Looks good with wither a dress/causal sport shirt. When washed and dry, it comes out smooth and crisp, as a pose to how it's shipped. For me, the fit is relax [I got the XL after reading reviews the says it runs small] and a bit long in the sleeves and somewhat loose at the bottom and as well as the cuffs. I'm a 5'8 with a beer and steak tummy, so the XL works well for that - though it's still loose there. I got the Black for cool days and nights - a sweater and a flannel shirt WOULD certainly work for cold days/nights. My ONLY problem is, the jacket is way over priced with zero interior lining, such as flannel or a light weight fleece, and also given where it is made for that price range. Other brands, like that famous L in Maine have a similar jacket for half the price.

I Like It, Don't Love It

    • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
    • Fit: True to size
    • Size Bought: M
    • Height: 6'0"
    • Weight: 165lbs

The weight of the jacket is great. The fit is pretty good, though it is a little roomy in the body. The collar is a little strange - it is kind of long, which makes it a little cumbersome when not zipped completely - can't figure out if it should lie down or stand up? I feel like it would be better if the collar were more of a "mock" length. All in all it is a good jacket, quality seems high, will wear it a lot.

    Great Spring/Fall Jacket

    • Familiarity: I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share

Purchased this for my dad as a fall/spring jacket and he seems to wear it all the time. He also really liked the Navy/Red color and says sometimes he wears it all day.

    Great Jacket

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times
    • Fit: Runs small
    • Size Bought: XXl
    • Height: 6'1"

This is a great jacket, I wear a XXL and it fits prefect. I would say they run a tad short but all the other measurements fit great. I would not say this is a "winter" jacket, but is perfect for around town and on spring/fall days. My only complainant is that it does not have enough pockets, there needs to be some sort of chest pocket for me to give this 5 out of 5. Other than that it is a stylish jacket with simple features. I recommend this jacket for city use and around camp.

    Great Jacket

    Very Good

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
    • Fit: True to size

I have this jacket and the original Baggies Jacket. The original has two snapped cargo pockets AND two separate hand pockets AND a vertical zippered pocket over the heart. It has no lining and in addition to the full length zipper, has snaps. It was also made in AMERICA. It has long faded but I have used it for 30 years and is in great shape. This NEW version lacks cargo but adds a lining. I would trade this new one for an original any day of the week, BUT the new one is well made and gets the job done . . .with less cargo space.
