The Beach size is ideal for packing in a triathlon gear bag: lightweight, absorbent, sand doesn't get caught in it.

Dries you then dries out quickly

This thin, chamois-like towel feels strange at first, but it does a great job of drying your body. It dries out quickly even in humid ocean air. Packs up super small. Long enough to be a beach towel, too.

Great hiking or travel towel

I used my newpack towel after a swim in a mountain lake on a long hike, and I’m very pleased. It is a good size, very soft and absorbent, and so compact. I definitely would recommend this towel.

First time purchasing a tech towel

Once I let go of the idea that a towel should be fluffy and cozy, then you really appreciate how quickly this towel dries you, and itself, by the time you’re done getting dressed, you can fold the towel back up again, takes up very little space And is ideal for the gym and camping, Great price point for a good product

Don’t throw in the towel

Regular bath and beach towels are so bulky, and heavier too. This one packed up small in my luggage and worked well absorbing moisture after a shower. I like that it’s large enough to sit on at a beach and the sand can be shaken off of it, so it can be used for bath or beach. Great travel towel.

Good Size - Does Not Come w/ Pack Bag

I purchased the beach size towel for an upcoming coastal vacation, where I intend to carry the towel around with me frequently. I do think it takes up little room for the size, however I was hoping it would come with a bag to keep it tight and small, since recent (2023) reviews have commented on their orders being accompanied with a convenient bag. Decreasing one star because I think that a bag would be a great benefit, and was part of the reason for my purchase. I will now need to seek out an appropriately sized bag at an additional cost, which I was not anticipating. I did read the description and notice a bag is not listed, but the comments made me hope/think there would be one. =)

Not as good as the older version

I bought the towel from the same brand as one that my boyfriend had since his worked so well, so I was disappointed to find that mine was a different material and not nearly as good. Mine was a much thinner fabric than his and did not dry nearly as quickly. It still dried slightly faster than a typical towel, but it was drenched through and I had to put it back in my bag while it was still very wet.
