Runs large in hips

I loved these light grey cotton pants, they were stylish yet not as tight as skinny pants. I wear a size 0 but sadly, these pants were much too baggy in the hips. I will have to return them.

True to size, if in between sizes - size down. Comfy but nice looking pant, looser fit which i like!
