Such an adaptable sweatshirt, I’m always perfectly comfortable in it. Warm enough when I need it to be, but light enough to not overheat.

amazing jacket

Fantastic cold weather fleece.

Took it out into 25F temps as soon as I got it, with just a long sleeve synthetic T-shirt underneath I was comfortable. The hood opening is a little large with no draw cord, and I could see it being a bit warm for anything over 55F but overall it's a good fleece for the sale price.

Terrific value
Lightweight, relatively warm, polyester doesn't pile (doesn't leave poly resides on other clothing) which's an important measure of quality.

New favorite midweight layer
Breathable, nice-looking midweight insulating layer. It fits comfortable - not too tight (not fitted) and not baggy. It keeps me warm when it's chilly but isn't overly warm when temperatures are a little higher (like 60s). Great for around town, running (when it's below 30 and dry), or under waterproof layer for skiing,

A fantastic layer!

I am always looking for that perfect layer to wear with a soft shell jacket or my hard shell jacket- with a vest or under my synthetic down jacket.....or just lounging around the house or even at the office. It's warmer than it looks/feels when you pick it up- the grid fleece really traps in the heat and breathes really well. I pair this with my OR ferrosi hooded softshell and it's the perfect cool weather setup. This would be a great layer for backpacking, hiking, trail running, etc. I love the new colors, the only thing I wished these had were the thumb holes so prevalent on other OR layers.
