Keeps me warm and dry!
Was looking for a parka to keep me warm and dry during son's soccer games in the Pacific Northwest; this jacket is exactly what I was looking for. I normally wear an XL and this is true to size. Some important features for me include: zippers on all pockets to keep items secure and outside breast pocket for easy access to my mobile device. Note the outside breast pocket (left side) easily accommodates my iPhone 11 Pro however it would be snug for a larger device. There is also a larger breast pocket located inside the jacket on the right side that can accommodate larger devices. Overall very happy with this purchase! Cheers!

Exceeds my dreams
This parka is thin and light as a jacket and it works. I've only tested it to 20 degrees F but I cannot feel the cold. The hood is toasty warm and it resists water during heavy rain. I will be getting more products from O.R.

Comfortable, stylish, high-tech
This jacket has really grown on me. great for a wide range of temps. Doesn't have a "tech jacket" look but performs really well. Only downside is I'd like a little bit more room to layer underneath but it's still a wardrobe staple

Good Jacket for Urban Environments
Got a small size which fits my body well. I am 5'11" and 135lbs. The jacket is lightweight and sufficiently warm in weather around 0°C in just a t-shirt (coming from someone that gets cold easily). Haven't had a chance to test it in heavy downpour, but in light rain for an hour, the water beads off and doesn't wet through the fabric. The hood is sized comfortably and easy to use. Only bad thing I have to say about this jacket is the snap buttons which are extremely difficult to fasten. They are difficult to close even with the jacket not on the body, but wearing it and trying to fasten them is almost impossible.

Design fail.
- Familiarity:
- I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
- Size Bought:
- Medium
- Height:

- Weight:
- 165
I returned the parka today for the following reasons...it was far too tapered to fit any normal person. Secondly, for that price, OR could have at the very least made real pockets rather than simply sew on what appears to be pocket flaps. Frankly, a terrible disappointment.

Great parka!
Needed a parka after moving to a colder state and was recommended this one. Looks good and feels great! Very functional. Haven't used it in cold weather yet but feels like it'll be great.

Stylish and dry, but not warm
The jacket is very stylish, but there are a few gripes I have with it. First and foremost, the insulation is quite thin. I am impressed with the weight of the insulation, it's very light in weight and breathes well, although not very lofty. I live in a place where our average high temperature is below freezing for a third of the year, and often found myself layering a thick fleece underneath. Second, the cut is quite trim. It's difficult to layer and maintain freedom of motion. Finally, they made some weird decisions, like plastic snaps and non-functional pockets on the front. I hope that OR revisits this style for Winter 2020 and improves it because I like wearing the jacket. It's just technical enough without looking dorky.

I'd buy it again
I've only worn it when temps were in the teens and a 10knt wind, but it was remarkably warm with just a T-shirt underneath in those conditions.

Fits small
I ordered this coat in a XL but it was way too small. I could get it on in a Tshirt but that was about it. Wasn't a fan of the look either, it looked better online in my opinion. It felt like good quality but the fit and look forced me to return it
