Worst mitts I own

100% of the insulation is in the liner. Leading to no dexterity (which is the point of a liner). The outer is water proof, but after a walk in the neighborhood at 19F, they're stiff and cold. My hands were in a true liner and they warmed up as soon as I took the outer off. The large liner by itself doesn't keep my hands warm pumping gas. And because they're so thick, I'm sure they'd sweat out on a winter hike which is why I bought them. I would never take them on a hike or ski outing. So disappointed.

3 Gloves in 1

Amazing gloves. Been wearing these since I was kid snowboarding in Washington. 20 years later still ordering them for East coast seasons. Super warm, super dry. Easy to get on and off fast. The liners are amazing on their own. The shell is also great to throw over lighter liners if your touring and run into weather. But put these liners on with the shell and this glove keeps you warm in well below freezing temps and dry and happy as can be.

Great in cold weather

These are very durable and great in cold weather. My hands stayed warm in even single degree weather.

Few modular glove system on the market

Size Little smaller than table i guess. I sized up and comfortable. (I like it bit roomy) Pros Modular system 3L goretex Completely Removable liner Wrist & cinch seal Long & wide opening Cons /or could be improved Bulky Rigid Shell inner surface is not comfortable Shell outer surface is prone to collect dirts a little Wrist seal is not easy to use (rigid) Cinch cord is not easy to use with mitts on There is no liner option depending on temperature. Overall Best heavyduty modular mitts on the market!

Perfect for the Alaskan temps

Perfect gloves for temps below 10 degrees. If I'm walking on the trail and having to work, these can almost be too warm.

Best glove.... Hands down!

I've owned about 3 pairs of these over the last 30 years and they are hands-down the best glove in terms of keeping your fingers warm whether shoveling the driveway, snowboarding, or climbing a mountain. Well worth every penny!

mostly impressed

light wear after one use on the outer shell which isn't great. worked well in cold (single degree F) conditions + wind chill. Liner got a bit wet from snow when I wasn't wearing the shell, and they still stayed warm which is good news. I'm a bit concerned they're not capable of super cold Winter days here in CO but they are definitely a step up from most other gloves

Thorough, durable design.

These possess all the features one might look for in this category of glove/mitt: distinct liners, internal hook and loop for security, wrist retention loops, etc. Shell material is robust. My hands run very cold and these do the trick.

Great, versatile winter mitts

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are really durable and well-made winter gloves. The GORE-TEX fabric gives me peace of mind in wet conditions and the glove liner plus mitten combination keeps hands warm if more dexterity is required. The liner fingers are a little short for my size, which is noticeable but not uncomfortable for me. People with long, slender hands may find these gloves a bit cramped.
