Solid lightweight OR down jacket
Warm, lightweight down jacket. True fit to size, good sized pockets, slightly longer in back (women's cut).

I purchased this check yet based on other reviews. I work outside and have been a north face down jacket pro wear for 12 years. I tried the outdoor research brand due to a lack of quality in the north face is past couple of years where my seems broke. Wow I am wearing the jacket outside and 30° weather with a sweater on and I am very cold! This comes nowhere near the warmth of my north face jacket for the same amount of bulk. I am going to return it. The looks are good, but other than that it function is not good. it also doesn’t have the face adjusters in the front of the face to really cinch it down only on the back of the head. The bands at the wrists are elastic and you cannot tighten them down anymore. It fits well and looks good, but that’s about it.

Awesome Jacket
Super thin, but super warm! Holding up to Alaska cold-got it right before a -30 cold snap. Great texture that doesn't feel flimsy like some competitors.

The Helium Down Hoodie is just what I've been looking for!
I have been searching for the perfect down hoodie jacket, and this is it! Light weight, incredibly warm, rainproofing on the hood and shoulders, soft feel, adjustable hood, exterior chest pocket that is perfect for my phone, adjustable drawcord hem, interior stash pockets..who could ask for anything more? I have worn it in actual sleet and it kept me warm and comfortable! I love this jacket!

Sunshine Yellow
Love, love my yellow jacket soooo much. It's the perfect yellow and just love everything about it. ... the cut/style, the attached hoody with cord adjustment behind. I already wear it on my hiking and received compliments. I own a few OR jackets and this is one of my favorites. Now, I'm looking for lightweight rain jackets.

Love my helium hoodie but am in between sizes
My son ordered me a size small at my insistence that XS would be too small. I was swimming in the small. And returned it immediately. He reordered an XS and although I love it, it is not possible to layer under it. He insists I shouldn't need to layer if it's 800FP and he's correct. WIth one layer of merino wool, it's absolutely warm enough. With my phone in the side pocket as it won't fit in the chest pocket, it's snug across the hips. I wish it were a tad bigger and toyed with returning it to try the small again but ORs return policy for worn products isn't as generous as Patagonia's. I'm 5'4" 115lbs. LOVE the kalamata color which is really maroon. Hood can be adjusted easily to make it snug. Thought the wrist bands were too loose but have gotten used to it not being as tight as my other jackets.

A Solid Win
I purchased this down hoodie for my wife because if she liked it half as much as I love mine, it would still be a winner. She wears it all the time and also loves the color. I'll take that as a solid win!

Love this product - would buy and recommend again and again
Awesome lightweight, warm, stylish jacket. I love the water repellant material on the hood and shoulders, which doesn't sacrifice the warm puff.

Warm and stylish
This jacket is amazing! It keeps me warm when hiking and going on walks in the neighborhood, or just going to work. The cut is great and not boxy like some other jackets I've owned. The color is very unique. I would buy again!

Great puffy, could be a bit puffier
I ordered this jacket to be a midlayer for ice season. I love that it has supposedly waterproof fabric on the hood and shoulders (haven't tested this out yet). My only concern is that I think at the price point it could have a little more loft to it for more warmth. Otherwise I think it's a great jacket. 5'6", 135# medium fits perfectly for layering.
