Great transitional weather glove.
This is my commuting glove that keeps my hands warm when walking around the city but easy to access knobs and devices when I get into my car. Well made, comfortable, and good looking.

Durable, warm, good fit
Very quality construction. Waiting to test the warmth but at first look I think they will be great for the 20 degree weather I bought them for. Palm is stiff but seems to be very durable. Fit chart was perfect.

Too warm to use this year.
Oddly enough it never really got cold enough to properly use these so I've only had limited experience with them. I find that OP gloves fit my hands really well (XL), these did too. They mostly sat in my pack as backup or for if I had a longer stop. I did also use them multiple times for snow shoveling (just for funs) and the thing I like the most was the grip, no slipping at all. The straps are easy to use, even with one flipper on. I can't really say I have any complaints, but to be fair I haven't been able to use them in properly cold conditions.

NIce mitt, but not what I was hoping for
The glove/mitt is actually nice. I don't think the palm is too stiff as some others have posted, it's workable and will probably soften with time. The good: I wear glove liners under these and the XL size works well with that set up. The magnets are great and the gloves feel durable, time will tell. The bad: I have a new acquired medical thing going on called Raynaud's syndrome. So my hands are really sensitive to cold. I was really hoping these would be much warmer. They stop the wind great, but not a lot of insulation in there. A wee bit more research on my part might have determined that.

Immediate favourite glove, amazing utility!
I have been using them for a couple of months, and they have proven extremely diverse. Pairs well with a liner glove for extra warmth. Where I live is always windy, and typically humid and wet. They have unique features with magnet flap-stops and thumb flaps, because having your thumbs free means you never really need to take them off to tackle what is at hand! However, I found that the flaps can pool with water when walking in the rain. Durable palm construction and solid overall stiching, I expect these gloves to last a long time. Oversized loops at the wrists makes you wonder why all gloves don't have them, and make it much easier to get on with liner gloves, or when your hands are wet or cold. I initially noticed a potential hotspot on the palm of my hand, below the pointer finger knuckle, but towards the outside edge. It never bothered me, and once the leather palms broke in it went away completely. These gloves are good for almost everything, and I absolutely love them!

A little stiff, but really well built
I have a pair of convertible gloves that are nearly 20 years old that I love so much. These gloves are super sturdy, but that leads them to be very stiff.

Yesssss
Awesome for fishing in colder temps or running surveying gear in the spring fall or winter. Nice windstopper material also sheds light precip. I have a couple pairs of these

All the warmth of mitts, without the fumbling...nice!
Really well-made convertibles! In fact, they feel a little rough out of the box because the material is so bomb-proof. After a couple hikes, though, it's already feeling more supple and broken-in. One thing I really appreciate: easy on, easy off, even on wet days. I can tell these are going to be with me for years.
