It was too small

These masks are running too small bc by the time you zip up layers and neck gaitor it didn't fit. I just tried another brand in an extra large (I'm not big) and though it will fit without other layers, it wouldn't with layers

The straps should be on the crown of the head.

This face covering always falls down. The material is superb, the nose vent is perfect, but it won't stay on your face. The strap needs to go on the crown of your head.

I like this product. Outdoor research is a great brand.

Great for wind resistance and easy to breath fabric. The open nose make it all the better.

Love it!

I love this thing. Works great with my helmet and goggles for those brutal days with driving snow and bitter wind. Never leave the car to ski without it in my pocket.

Great if you know what you plan on using it for

Most of the comments seem to come from people who bought the wrong type of gaiter and really needed a balaclava. This isn't ideal for the harshest conditions, but for recreational/everyday winter use it's extremely convenient. Am replacing the one I bought 10yrs ago that's finally wearing out from regular use.

Great for people who wear glasses.

I have tried many facemasks for skiing, and this is the only one that doesn't cause my glasses to steam over.

Fake mask

At the first look I thought it would be usefull and then I've read the review ... I decided to buy it at least to try it, anyways it wasn't to expensive. Very tight on the chin and too loose on the cheeks so it tight you're chin close to you're throat and all the vapor caused by the breathing ascend to you're eyewear
