Great gloves
I'm a ski patroller at a hill with tow ropes that love to chew through gloves. I bought these gloves because of the reviews of how tough they are. Man, they did not disappoint. Barely showing any wear for work that destroyed other gloves. Leather is very high quality and will break in to be the most comfortable gloves you own. Very highly recommended!!!

3 weeks old and a hole in the (unused) middle finger
We bought 3 pairs of these Aksel Work Gloves for Christmas presents for the boys in our house, including myself. Started wearing them on Christmas. Used sparingly, and mostly for snow blowing and driving in the car-- which is pretty light duty. On a drive home the other day, I see a big rip in the leather on the middle finger of my right hand. And, no, I am not in the habit of using my middle finger much. And, I am left handed, so most of the heavy use for gloves and stuff is on my left hand. And, this is a tear in the leather, not a stitching problem. I cannot for the life of me figure out when this happened, or why. Safe to say I am not very happy about it.

The perfect 1 glove quiver
Simply fantastic. Beyond just working around the property, these double as my driving gloves, casual day-to-day wear, and often get tossed in my bag when out skiing. They are very durable, the liner is impressively warm, they look good, and tuck away easily. I bought these to be work gloves and got so much more. They've replaced multiple pairs to become my 1 glove quiver, so to speak. Recently, these impressed me at -35C. I've had them for about 3 years now and was trying to do some night photography. These were the perfect trade off between a thick warm glove and a thin dexterous glove. Easy to operate my DSLR with, they meant that I had all the photographs I wanted in only 20 minutes. Whenever these die, I sure hope OR is still making them because I will be back.

Extremely durable
Used these gloves to work construction outside in the winter in Northern Idaho. Excellent dexterity considering it's a big, insulated glove, you can actually use a tape and saw without too much hassle. Very easy to take off and put on quickly when you need to use your hands, they lasted much longer than I anticipated considering the abuse they were put through.

Great insulated work gloves
really nice insulated leather work gloves. very comfortable, the leather feels really nice. I don't love the longer cuffs on a work-style glove, but that's a matter of preference, I suppose.

Great work gloves that fit perfectly!
Bought these gloves for our icing crew at Muskegon Luge. We are constantly pulling fire hoses around, shoveling snow, building luge track and driving snowmobiles. These gloves work great for everything! Sizing is true to chart too.
