Squeeze in a little ride time after work.

Take a quick ride on your mountain bike with all the essentials packed in Osprey's Viper Hydration Pack. This small, streamlined backpack has enough room for your helmet, pump, tube repair kit, and the included Hydraulics LT 2.5L reservoir. The LidLock system secures your helmet when you're not on your bike. Osprey made this pack with well-ventilated Airscape and BioStretch mesh, and the back panel has an Atlion foam framesheet to enhance stability without interfering your mobility on the mountain.

    Get the synchro pack instead

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times

Nothing about this pack was better in my opinion when compared to the synchro pack from Osprey. I would strongly recommend at least trying the Synchro as well before going with this pack.

    Difficult To Use, Poor Design

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times

If I had known how the reservoir functioned in this pack I would not have ordered it. My camelbak allows filling with the reservoir in the pack, by simply twisting the lid off. This requires you to remove the entire pack, then slide off a clip, then squeeze to force it to open. It's a ridiculously convoluted system that adds nothing in the way of benefits, it just makes it more difficult and time consuming to refill. Will never buy an Osprey pack ever again.
