    Gotta have a rain cover

    • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

Great little lightweight rain cover for any Osprey pack. It is extremely packable, and easy to toss on in a hurry. I always keep it accessible in case of a pop-up rain storm when hiking/backpacking with my Osprey pack. Overall, would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking to ensure everything inside their Osprey pack stays dry when out and about with their Osprey pack!

    Pack On//Pack Off

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

This is a great pack cover, does the job nicely!

My one critique is the relative lack of adjustability, depending on how you pack your pack. This fits best for a relatively streamlined, tall/narrow pack, rather than a wider//yard sale load.

    High & Dry

My Atmos 65 (large frame) wouldn't be complete without this rain cover. I ordered size Large and it fits very well, even with a few things bulging out and hanging off of my pack. It keeps your precious cargo dry and can keep you trekking confidently even when it's raining cats and dogs. When it's time to stow it away you won't have to maneuver everything around because it's small enough to be shoved into any open space or hung off of the exterior of your pack. Make sure you don't forget the Osprey Ultralight the next time you hit the trail!

      Great Pack Cover

      • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

Waterproof, lightweight, stuffs into itself. Its a great pack cover and the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because like most pack covers, it doesnt offer any loops on the lower sides that would allow you to secure it to the bag in severe wind. As far as i know no other companies offer this so its still #1

      Does a dandy job

      • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

Its a simple item so there isnt much to say other than it does its job great and keeps everything dry. Well constructed. I have a 65 L backpack and use the XL and its a great fit.

      Awesome!!! Well worth it

I got this for my father and he has had nothing but good things to say about this. It keeps your stuff really dry and he has never had a problem with his pack getting wet, even in a down pour. He says that I should get one for myself, so I might end up purchasing another one real soon.

        Affordable and Fits Well

        • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

I have the MHM Divide 55 pack and I purchased a size Large. I thought about getting a Medium but I like to tie stuff to the outside of my pack. The Large fits perfectly when my pack is fully packed and I have some gear on the outside. I have yet to need it out on a hike but I'm confident it will keep my gear dry.

I have a Eagle Creek Afar backpack 2050 cu in/34L. I will have additional gear external in the front web. I did not see a Small and I'm afraid the medium maybe too large and won't be snug. enough to keep things dry. Please advise. Thanks

I have an Osprey Atmos AG 65, what size rain cover should I get?

How is it secured to the backpack?....buckles, internal bungee, etc? I need it for riding and want to ensure it will stay secure. I have a bungee held cover now and never stays secure.

        What are the XL dimensions?
For example a loaded winter pack is
like a Kelty Tioga 6000 cu in with snow shovel, snowshoes,
ice ax, crampons, tent, 3 foam pads, giant sleeping bag,
food, water, .70 or more pounds, etc.

Hey Bob, the XL is designed to cover a pack 4500 ci or greater, up to about 7000 (75 liters - 110 liters). Thats to cover the pack. With all you describe, I am not sure of the overall volume you have with everything hanging off of it... especially the 3 foam pads. Maybe you can find a way to strap some things on the outside of the raincover? You'll have to devise lashing straps, etc. Hope this answer makes sense!

When do you expect more of the XL size in stock?

Hello I have an Aether 60. I assume a large would be the correct size or would a medium fit?

        Best Answer

I also have an Aether 60. Fully packed even without a sleeping pad in the cinch straps on the bottom the Large is just not big enough. Really just shy. Add the sleeping pad and the XL is perfect. Or you could do what I did... Order the Large check it out then exchange it for the XL. Hope that helps.

Will a medium be able to fit an osprey 52 liter pack? I understand the M is designed for 30-50 liter bags, but is there any wiggle room?

Hi, What size cover will I need to fit the Osprey Atmos 50 Pack

hi, what size cover will i need to fit the Exos 58 Medium?

Will the XL fit the Osprey Xenith 105 Pack?
