Sirrus 36L Backpack
A women-specific fit and the super-breathable mesh back panel come together to make the Osprey Women's Sirrus 36 Backpack the comfortable choice for long, demanding day hikes or quick overnights. The AirSpeed suspension system blends the rigidity of aluminum stays with a tensioned mesh back panel for effective load transfer and cross ventilation, while the Women-specific Spacer Mesh hip-belt and shoulder straps ensure your load rests where it should for maximum efficiency and pain-free hiking.
An ErgoPull waistbelt closure makes cinching down the belt a breeze, and its hip-belt pockets hold your smartphone, sunnies, or quick snacks to keep your spirits high. Then, ensuring you don't sacrifice a good night's sleep, the wide-mouth access sleeping bag compartment with divider compresses and stores bulky loads, while the sleeping pad straps give you extra external attachment options. And if rain starts to fall on your adventure, deploy the integrated rain cover to keep your gear dry as a bone. A Stow-on-the-Go attachment features let you stash your trekking poles or ice axe for hands-free walking, and the compression straps help you adjust the pack's volume to fit different load sizes.

Osprey Sirrus 36
This is my first backpack I’ve bought from Osprey and I’m so pleased with my purchase. It is highly adjustable and able to pack quite a load. I’m 5’2” and got fitted for the small/medium size. The pack fits like a dream and doesn’t bother me at all. I recently took it on some small hikes near Salt Lake Utah (nothing too serious) and it carried my 1.5l water bladder, extra rain jacket and snacks perfectly. I can’t wait to take it on an overnight adventure trip loaded with sleeping bag and equipment. I can’t recommend this pack enough.

Great for easy hikes
This backpack is super nice but it wasn't as roomy as I was expecting. Great beginner pack for long day hikes

Good starter pack
This is a very handy and helpful overnight pack. The pockets and pouches aren't as nice as some other Opsrey packs (mesh instead of fabric), but it gets the job done. The green color is actually a much lighter pale green, which is super nice but doesn't really look like the picture. The easiest feature on this is the pouch for the bladder, it is easily accessible and you can slide a hydration pack in and out with no hassle.

Long day hikes or quick overnights!
LOVE this pack for long day hikes or quick overnights (when I don't need a bear can). The only feature I wish it had is a mesh kangaroo pouch, the zippered pouch just isn't quite as convenient for stuffing extra layers into. But other than that it's a perfect pack for a long day hike or a quick backpack.

The perfect bag for overnight escapes! The 36L fits all the essentials with room for a tad more, and with multiple pockets it is easy to stay organized and distribute weight comfortably. I took this on a fall trip that was cold in the evening, so I had to fit in a puffy jacket and base layers which took up some space, if I was taking this on a summer/desert trip, I could have more room for other items or even a longer trip. Multiple buckle straps on the outside make for plenty of opportunity for strapping tents, sleeping bags, and chairs to the outside. I packed in a standard size jet boil, and a steripen for food/water that easily fit in the pack. With Ospreys comfortable back support suspension, this pack was a breeze on the hike. The other great thing about the size of this pack was that I was able to take all my overnight gear out and use it as a summit pack for a morning hike and the pack still fit comfortably over my puffy jacket while hiking.

Perfect camping/backpacking pack
I have been on the hunt for the best camping/backpacking bags for 1-3 day thru hikes. Packs are either too big (50-75L) or too small (20L-30L). This pack is the perfect size. I was able to pack my essentials, without over packing. The frame really helped with the weight distribution and gave me plenty of pockets to access the little things without having to unpack. I would recommend this pack for 1-4 day thru hikes. I am 5'8" pant size 8-10 and I got a s/m and it fit perfectly.

Had this for 2 years so far...
This pack has accompanied me on quite a few overnight backpacking trips so far.About to test its limit to provide for a two night trip but after packing it last night I think it's best for shorter trips. Fits comfortably and has good back ventilation. The width and shape of the straps are well designed. It takes me a little bit to get it readjusted the night before a trip and then a few minor adjustments the morning before hitting the trail. Might be due to packing it slightly different every time? But I highly recommend the Ospray Sirrus 36. Below is everything that i stuffed in this pack minus the food for two days that will also go in before the trip

I got this bag and dragged it around the world with me for a 5 week, live out of one bag trip. It's GREAT. It small enough to be a carry on but big enough to carry many unnecessary things. The hip and chest traps make it comfortable and easy to carry it around. It has a rain fly which came in handy getting caught in the rain in paris, it saved me from having to dry all my cloths.

Osprey sirrus-Camino de Santiago
Best backpack ever! I did the camino this past month. I think I carried more than I should. Pack with gear weighed about 18lbs but this pack made it feel like nothing. Has great support. My friend had another pack but did not have the support like this one. Looks medium in size but surprised me and it fits more than you can imagine. Also amazing customer service from backcountry! Thanks Wesley!
