Get away from it all in comfort.
Extended weekends spent bagging King's Peak and week-long wanderings in Olympic National Park call for the comfort and innovative features of the Osprey Packs Women's Ariel AG 55 Backpack. It has enough space for everything you need for several days in the wilderness, a supportive and breathable suspension system for comfort with heavy loads, and plenty of clever features to make life on the trail easier.
Anti-Gravity technology with a customizable fit lets you dial in the perfect fit with ease, and tons of cushy mesh helps you stay cool through long summer days. - Q & A
- Familiarity: I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share
Gave it as a gift but she loves it. Well made and comfortable. Tidal blue is a cool color too.
No Back Pain
- Familiarity: I've used it several times
After trying on many packs I landed on the Ariel. The waist straps hug just enough and aren't as stiff as other packs to get around your body. The anti gravity system really seems to to distribute the weight on your back properly and the mesh keeps you dry. Lots of nice storage solutions including the sleeping bag compartment. The best thing about this bag, besides the fit, is the versatility. The removable day lid is my day hike bag - its the perfect size and even has a spot for a bladder. Ive only used used the full bag once on a ten mile hike and I stayed comfortable the entire trip. Definitely looking forward to using it more. I am 5'4, 120ish and ordered a size small
So happy with this pack
- Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
My wife purchased this pack after lots of research. She has only used it once, but first impressions were very positive. Even with a sub-par and overly heavy pack job, the pack remained comfortable. Lots of great pockets with easy access on the waist and sides of the backpack. Looking forward to getting in some more miles with this pack.
How much weight can this carry? I'm looking for a hiking backpack that can carry 80 pounds
