How to Measure:

For best results, take measurements over your underwear.

Chest:

Measure under your arms, around the fullest part of your chest.

Waist:

Measure around your natural waistline, keeping the tape a bit loose.

Neck:

Wrap tape around to the base of your front neck and allow room for wearing comfort. OR measure the collar length of a favorite shirt.

Sleeve:

From the center back of your neck with your arm slightly bent, follow the tape around to your wrist bone.

Gloves:

Measure around your hand at the widest point excluding the thumb.
