Stay in the backcountry all day.
Call in sick and spend your day off work riding in the backcountry with everything you need stashed in the Ortovox Tour Rider 30 Backpack. This versatile pack can carry skis, snowboards, splitboards, ice axes, ski poles, and helmets externally to leave plenty of room for layers, snacks, skins, goggles, gloves, and more internally. Front and rear access points grant access to gear, even with skis attached to the pack.
The Tour Rider also features a separate compartment designed specifically for avalanche safety gear like a probe and shovel, and the helmet net stows away during the descent. Zippered pockets at the top and hip hold smaller accessories like goggles, energy gels, sunscreen, or a topo map. Ortovox made the Tour Rider compatible with hydration reservoirs by adding a dedicated reservoir sleeve and tube port.

- Familiarity: I've used it several times
...makes some of the best and most functional packs in the business, hands down, this is my third pack from these guys. I've used this pack in the backcountry several times and love the capacity. It's the perfect size for a day tour and inbounds on a powder day to stash needed gear. Reliable, rugged and more than enough for the Utah Wasatch Range and beyond, thumbs up!
Tons of features, easy access to the main compartment. I really like how I can carry my skis multiple different ways on this pack, which has come in handy in a few tricky situations. The helmet strap is a little small for my helmet, but I can make it work. Overall a great pack for all day adventures!
pack fits real nice. Loving it in the backcountry
