Best Running Shell I've Ever Had
- Familiarity:
- I've used it several times
- Size Bought:
- small
- Height:
- 5' 9"
- Weight:
- 168
Got this jacket as a present for Christmas, and man has it turned out to be one of the best gifts of my life! I use it for every single run now (3-4 / week) and it's superb. I was using the Patagonia Houdini before this, and the Tofana is better by a long shot. The jacket's is extremely comfortable around the shoulders, and the Marino wool lining allows me to wear a t-shirt underneath and be very comfortable with no itching or irritation. The cuffs are intelligently designed, as they fit snugly around my wrist while still allowing a pair or running gloves underneath. The jacket is super breathable, and I use it in the rain & snow without any moisture seepage. Before this jacket, I had never heard of Ortovox but now I'm really considering looking into more of their clothing, as the fit and function is something I've come to appreciate.
