Drop and go.

Don't think twice about dropping your post, even when charging into technical sections, when you're riding with the OneUp Components Dropper Lever. This aluminum remote has an oversized bearing and a super smooth action to keep up with all the twists and turns of the trail ahead, while the unique lever position allows you to keep a stronger grip on the bars while actuating your post. This lever mimics your right hand shifter's inboard upshift paddle position instead of the usual downshift paddle position of most remotes, which requires considerably less thumb movement to reach the lever.

  • A better remote for any cable actuated dropper post
  • Oversized bearing provides smooth and reliable actuation
  • Paddle position requires less thumb movement to reach it
  • Version 2 now available to match Shimano I-Spec EV levers
  • Cable clamps at lever for easy installation and cable changes
  • Kit includes cable and housing for a complete set up
  • Compatible with all cable actuated dropper posts
  • Item #OUC000Z

This lever is complete garbage

Familiarity:
I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
Fit:
True to size

Have used PNW Loam, whatever the one is that you can use w/ a 2x system, X-fusions cheapo lever & Fox Transfer. Picked this up because new brakes use EV and the Loam EV or 22.2 clamp were out of stock and gosh is this thing utter trash. The EV mounting option brings the lever almost touching my grips (ESI Thick) and I can only adjust about 10* of rotation given the EV mounting constraints so the lever is far away from my thumb even when adjusted as close as possible to riding position making it nearly unsuable. I have large hands and wear XL gloves. Mounting constraints aside the actions is utter trash. The lever looks to be at least a third shorter than the lever arm of the loam... for those that don't like physicis the TLDR is that this lever is too short to be functional without an enormous amount of force to activate. Swapped this out for a Loam to make sure it wasn't cable routing etc. other issues and nope - it's the short arm of this shitty lever that makes this thing a terrible product. Will be keeping this because I already recycled the packaging so whatever. Don't buy this, it's awful.

Great dropper lever

Familiarity:
I've used it several times
Fit:
True to size

Installation was easy but you have to figure it out for yourself (no instructions included). Fortunately there is only one logical way all the pieces fit together and integrate with your brake lever. I bought the I-Spec EV version because that is the type of break lever I was integrating with. Be careful to check what components you have to select the right version of the lever to purchase! The trigger is aluminum which gives a nice solid feeling. There is enough adjustability in the system to get the trigger placed right where you want it when riding your bike and tuned to the right activation pressure. I coupled this with a OneUp Dropper Post, which is the best value for money out there in the dropper post market.

Great Lever

Familiarity:
I've used it several times

This lever works perfectly. I have the direct bar mount version. While the clamp seems like it could be a little beefier, so far zero issues/complaints. I replaced a way-over-priced fox transfer 2x lever (awful) with this lever. Massive improvement in control, comfort, and ergonomics, Running it on a Fox Transfer and works perfectly and much better modulation of the dropper return speed. Still expensive in my opinion, but at a slightly better price then all of the competition. Bad reviews are not about the product - but about confusion over which mount version to order, so take care in that respect.

Far better than the rating suggest

Familiarity:
I've used it several times

Everything OneUp I've ever used has been awesome, so I was reluctant to order this based on the review, But, truth be told, This is actually an exceptionally good lever, particularly for $20 less than the loam lever. The actuation is silky smooth. It's super easy to set up and it requires almost no pressure to actuate the dropper. he finish looks great and the texture on the button I actually like better than the rubber pad on the Loam Lever. My only reservation is I'm not sure how durable it is if it gets smacked in a crash, but my initial impression is that it should hold up just fine.

Don't go by the picture!

Familiarity:
I returned this product before using it
Fit:
Runs small

If you want the clamp version order the "Black 22.2mm". Don't order the one with the picture of a remote with clamp. Bought with dropper post 15% off but charged full price for correct remote. Product still hasn't been sent (yet they have already received the returned remote) due to lack of communication.

Tons better anatomically than the Giant dropper actuator !

I am checking if the ONEUP Dropper Lever also works with Crankbrothers dropper posts.

Which one comes with the handlebar Mount? I’ve bought two separate ones, one bring based off the picture in the options and both were wrong...

Why does one available version of the product list I-SPEC EV / MMX? I'm looking for I-SPEC EV, not MMX. Thanks!
