    Sweet kicks!

    Familiarity:I've used it several times

I bought these shoes as running/workout shoes. So far they have been awesome and I have gotten a lot of complements on them. They are very light and comfortable. I have only used them to run on a treadmill thus far but plan on using them outside soon. They have an awesome amount of cushion and I truly feel like I am running on a "cloud". Hopefully they hold up well and have a good durability, but only time can tell.

primarily because of the great styling, colors, and design. However, stuff gets stuck if you're out on the trail or any sidewalks with debris. Total buzzkill when you're on a groove. Perfect for the OT treadmill workouts and for everyday wear!

    Comfortable, rocks get stuck

Familiarity:I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share
    Fit:Runs large

These shoes are great for a flatter foot, not if you need a lot of support. My boyfriend uses them for errands, traveling, road running, and short hikes on easy trails. Rocks definitely get stuck in the bottom of the shoe with the spacing between the pieces of the sole. It's pretty annoying when you're walking around or if you pick up a pebble on one of your runs. He also says they're a little big, so he sizes down 1/2 size.

more of a gym and lifestyle shoe

    Familiarity:I've used it several times

First off, I really like this shoe and find them very comfortable. From the office, around town, going to the gym, and pretty much everything in between. The sizing is a little bit weird and they are pretty snug. (hence being a running shoe) The main thing I didn't like is the foam spacing construction. Awesome in theory and they really do make a difference when you can split up the base of the shoe to make it more malleable and overall more comfortable. The gaps will pick up anything that can fit between the spaces and cause uneven steps and discomfort. It is a really nice shoe and I like them a lot. However I will be wearing them as more of a lifestyle/gym/treadmill shoe then a road runner.

Absolutely love this shoe. While I am one of those that wear different shoes on almost every run to avoid muscle imbalances, the Cloud X is still my go-to. This is a great shoe for short to mid-distance runs ( I would say for training purposes, up to 14 miles), but would also make a great race shoe for anything as long as a marathon. I love the feel of these, they absorb impact very well and allow for some longer runs without completely taking the feel of away. I would compare this to an Adidas Boston with better feel and less of the soft cushion that the boost comes with. Dependent on how you like your shoes this could be a positive or negative; for me definitely a positive. Price point is steep, but I promise it is well worth the money. I have 200+ miles on these and they are hardly showing any signs of the end, nor do they feel compromised at all.
