Color Is Different

I spent an insane amount of time online and in stores trying to find a sandal that was somewhat close to my skin tone and comfortable. I finally settled on the shoe here in the sand color after trying the darker brown at REI. When it came I was pretty disappointed. The color isn't at all like in the pictures or the name. Its more an olive brown.

I tried these on in a local competitor store but they only had the black so I ordered these here in the mustard/bubbly color. I’m a little disappointed at the color honesty because the footbed is a dark grey color and not 2-tone brown as it appears in the picture. I think I would have ordered the darker brown pair if I had realized. I think the grey footbed gives them a more sporty look I didn’t necessarily want. That being said, I’m keeping them because they are super comfortable and I even don’t mind the toe loop. No rubbing or blisters on the first wear. I normally wear a 6.5 and have thin/ low profile feet but got these in a 6 and they are perfect. No toes hanging off the end.

I've been looking for years to replace a similar pair that went everywhere with me. I wanted a comfortable walking/traveling sandal that didn't look like an orthopedic shoe. These are so perfect except for being a tad narrow for my feet (my feet are on the wide side of average) but still awesome. So happy to have found these.

Best sandals I've ever had

So so so comfortable. I really appreciate the arch support for my flat feet. High quality materials and manufacture. And I get compliments all the time. I typically wear a 9.5 and got a 9. Highly recommend!

Favorite sandal I've ever owned

Per my girlfriend: This sandal offers incredible support, it's stylish and incredibly comfortable! I was skeptical of the toe piece at first as most sandals with similar design give me blisters but haven't had one problem with that. I could live in these all summer!

Purchased for my wife for an upcoming trip. She tried these on and walked around the house and was immediately in love with how comfortable these sandals are. Plenty of arch support and cushion and the leather is soft and feels almost totally broken in.

I loved these sandals right out of the box! I did have a tiny bit of rubbing on the toe strap on my right foot, but I just wore a bandaid over the joint for the first few uses until the leather stretched out a bit. I wouldn't even have bothered with that, except I knew I was going to be wearing them for walking miles in, and I didn't want to risk any blisters. The leather is super soft and comfortable, though, and the footbed is amazingly soft too, for being rubber. (Something about that texture???) Besides being comfortable, they look good too, even on my very bony feet. :) I'm usually a 7 in sandals (or maybe even 7.5) but I got the 7 and it is perfect.

I'm not a fan of buying shoes online, as my foot tends to be in between sizes. I decided on the 10 after reading previous reviews, and knowing that feet tend to swell in the summer heat. The straps are a tad loose but nothing uncomfortable, especially once feet do swell. I'm a nanny, so I'm constantly running around. They're proving to be a great buy because of their versatility. They've gone to the beach, the country club, children's museums, bike riding, and grocery shopping and they've held up in comfort and shape.

Review from wife: These sandals offer the style of more fashion brands like Sam Edelmans, but are SO much more comfortable. Have only walked around house so far, but excited to wear them when the weather gets warmer. They seem like they'll be great for longer use and for travel. Typically wear a 7.5 and the 7 fits well.

I typically avoid a flat shoe, yet my feet are narrow and it is hard to keep a flip flop on my feet. these sandals do not feel too narrow in general - probably because of the top strapping and the heel strap. i wish the entire shoe was the metallic: only 1 cross strap is metallic. THESE SHOES ARE THE ULTIMATE COMFORTABLE! the flat footbed feels super soft and there is a little support, yet i do not think i could travel and seriously walk in these for hours - i would need more support. however for light walking and around town - they can not be beat! have received several compliments and inquiries where i got them! i'm typically a 7.5 - i bought a 7 and they fit beautifully! cheers~
