While the OGSO Marinelli 100 Ski isn't quite as light as some other OGSO skis it more than makes up for it in downhill performance. We believe the key difference is the poplar core that replaces the lightweight paulownia core often found in touring skis. This poplar core creates a damp ride and solid edge hold that backs up the durable sandwich construction and extended camber section. This allows us to ride these skis with confidence in deep north facing snow and crusty south facing snow.
