Good grips

Familiarity:
I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
Fit:
Runs small

Good grips. My kid loves them. I wanted for my self but they are way to small for me. So I'd not recommend them for anyone with L/XL hand size. Otherwise grips are good

Can't complain

They do the job and are at the right price.

They look great and offer good grip

Familiarity:
I've put it through the wringer
Fit:
True to size

The assembly takes quite a bit of effort to get the rings on but after that its easy. I have them on both of my bikes.

So far these grips have been great, nice feel with or sans gloves. Nice and grippy. These were easy to install on my handlebars.

Great grip, great colors

I got the gold ones to match my SRAM XX1 components.

Probably the Best

Familiarity:
I've put it through the wringer

Had a friend suggest these and now I don't want to ride anything else. Something in the rubber compound makes them as comfy as can be. Sold for life.

Nice grips with custom colors

Familiarity:
I've put it through the wringer

Really comfortable low profile grips. I love the colored clamps that really let you customize your bike. They do a decent job dampening vibrations but not quite as well as the ODI Rogues.

Good grips

I bought these grips in black to replace the crappy ones that came on my new bmx ride. This is my first ODI purchase, but so far I am very impressed. They are very grippy, easy to install, easy on the bank, and of course, they lock on! Can't ask for much more from a set of grips.

Only grip I've used for a decade of riding.

Wet, dry, gloves, bare hands, these grips are sick! With proper rotation I've even used them for 2 whole seasons. They lose the brightness of color pretty quickly, but what would you expect from a piece of rubber that you hold onto with your nasty gloves and hands for hours on end. The rings are completely reusable with every new pair. After seeing the beating the rings take I would not recommend wasting the money on the bling color versions, unless you never ever crash, turn your bike upside down, or bump into other bars.

best grips

awesome grips, good feel of the bars and while they are thin, they dampen much of the vibes, awesome feel w/ or w/o gloves

Very grippy

I've got about six rides in so far with these grips. I love them. Never have any slippage with these, though I'd recommend wearing full finger gloves to keep your hands/fingers from getting tore up.

Grippy

Good Grips. I've always been happy with ODI products. These grips are durable and just grippy enough without feeling "sticky". ...and they come in green.

niice butttt

i like these grips a lot but i have large hands. when my hands are wrapped around these tiny grips they start to hurt. I took ODI bmx grips, cut off the rubber stop, and installed them instead. same great company,. better fit for my hand ensuring longer ride time. Big hands = big grips little hands = little grips

Standard

When some states that a product is a standard, they may not be sexy but they must be good. These are the most copied grips ever. Medium to firm compound and great colors.

Sticky Icky

I've had these on my 2007 Echo Control trials bike for a couple of weeks now. Like the name implies, these grips definitely lock on to your bars. I haven't had any slippage. I feel like the grips are part of the handlebars. They also look great on the bike. Having said that, the low profile of the rubber compound means your hands take a beating. I wear Fox Dirt Paw gloves and after a session of riding my palms by my thumbs feel very tenderized. The plus side of this is that you really feel your bike. Like there’s a direct link between your hands and the bars. Lastly, the aluminum collets on either side of each grip that provide the lock feature are a bit obtrusive. Since the socket head cap screws that thread into each collet aren’t completely recessed, they’ll stick out and hit parts of your hands unless you rotate them away from your range of motion. It’s annoying, but rotating them away works pretty well. 4/5 Stars. I’d buy these again.

Odi Ruffians are Money

Easy to install, look good, lock feature works great, cleans up easy and they are grippy and not cheesy squishy. I dont like grips that move more than your suspension, I like to feel the bar but have a little cushion for the pushin' These grips are awesome.

Love These

Been using this Lock on system since it came out, nothing beats it. The grip pattern is low profile but grippy. There are other patterns but find they look pretty chewed up after a while. Quick and easy to put on and replace. Get some!

Whatever gapper, I bet you think can ski too.

simple wins

The simple no thrills grip pattern and locking clamps make these grips an all around winner in my book. Great grip, and they stay put.

The old Standard

I have been running ruffians for the last handful of years and have never been let down. Their thin profile and refuse to budge once mounted make them the go to grip for anyone. I have them on my commuter, my cross country bike, my mini DH bike my single speed flatbar cross bike and even my 20"er! Buy these grips!

Sticky Styling

Easy to put on, super grip, and great style. Nothing more to say or ask for.

will these work on any size bar?

will these work on any size bar?

Most mountain bike bars have the same diameter out by the grips regardless of the stem clamp diameter, rise and width.

well what size bar do you have, Brad? They will work on basically any mtb bars, they are almost all the same diameter.
