Love these boots - Very warm!

I bought these last winter and they are my favorite winter boots. I walk about 15- 20 miles a week in the city on pavement and asphalt and also on dirt trails in the woods. They have good non slip soles that allow me to clamber up and down steep and uneven snowy, slippery trails. l I have walked in wet and muddy conditions and also very cold, icy, snowy ones. My feet stayed super warm in 25 degrees F even though I was wearing a thin, smartwool sock - the ethnograpic ones. ( they are good to -24, I believe!) I have wide feet and these are not too narrow for me at all. I love the zipper on the side and the ability to loosen the laces to accommodate my pants if need be. They are totally waterproof. I fear I am going to wear them out soon. I wear them every day for long periods of time. I highly recommend these boots! They have served me well! I have the black ones and would love the chestnut color, too. They also have the best arch support of any boot I have tried. I have a super high arch and these are as good as my birkenstocks!

These boots are super cute and waterproof. However I wore them today and not only do my toes hurt (apparently my feet are too wide) but I also have blisters on one heel if not both. The sole is thin and hard. They are not warm. These could be great boots for someone with narrow feet who doesn't do much walking haha!

Insouls are crummy hard. Boots are stiff and narrow. Not a comfortable boot and not worth the money.
