Bridger Vent Mid B-Dry Hiking Boot

From multi-peak adventures in the White Mountains to thru-hikes in the Rockies, the Oboz Bridger Vent Mid B-Dry Hiking Boots get you to your destination with lightweight comfort and rugged performance. They feature tough, abrasion-resistant uppers made with nubuck and mesh, combining durability with ventilated breathability that's sure to be appreciated at the end long days on the trail, and Oboz added its waterproof membrane, letting you continue your journey even if the weather doesn't cooperate. The Granite Peak outsole uses Oboz' quintessential profile, delivering support, protection, and unbeatable traction. You'll hardly notice there are even rocks on the trail.

Despite the hard-working performance, the Bridger Vent doesn't shy away from a comfortable ride, either. Single density EVA in the midsole ensures cushioning and comfort for the long-haul, and is backed by a TPU chassis that adds stability and prevents stone bruising without compromising flex. Layered over this is Oboz' proprietary O Fit insole, delivering a specifically-shaped, multi-density construction that cradles your foot with comfort and performance. So whether you're going to take the day to check off 14-footers, or you're taking a week, lace these bad boys up and get after it.

I really love these hiking boots! I started hiking more intensely this spring and kept slipping and twisting my ankles so I went hunting for some boots. After asking friends, strangers, and countrymen for advice on what they loved-Oboz kept coming up consistently. I had never spent quite so much money on a pair of shoes so I was hesitant to buy them but decided that not slipping off the side of a cliff was worth the investment. I ordered them, I put them on, I hiked immediately and let me tell you..they are excellent! I have a fairly wide foot and tend to get blisters until I break in some shoes. There was absolutely no break in period! They were immediately comfortable. The grip is impressive, I?ve not slipped once since I began hiking in these shoes this season. My weak ankles are praising the hiking shoe gods for the gift of these hiking boots because I haven?t twisted my ankle, not once! My quota used to be one twisted ankle per hike and bags of ice, and although I?ve misstepped a time or two-no damage was done! It?s really a miracle. In terms of water-proof-ness, I?ve been caught in two rainstorms and one surprise snow storm. My feet didn?t get super wet, but they were cold. Personally I would not hike in the snow in these but they do ok in rain.
