Why We Like The Bridger Mid Vent Hiking Boot
The Oboz Bridger Mid Vent Hiking Boot is more breathable than most mid-height leather hiking boots, and we like wearing it when we're hiking technical terrain and long distances in warmer weather. Most of the upper is durable nubuck leather, and mesh paneling around the heel, tongue, and sides drastically increases airflow.

Oboz Bridger Mid Vent Hiking Boot - Women's
- I've used it several times
My second pair of Oboz hiking boots. I love these boots!! No break in time needed right out of the box trail ready. They are light, love how my heels fit no slipping, plus the bigger toe cap for plenty of room for my toes. Also the ventilation is key for warmer days. Love they that they are waterproof and breathable. No blisters yet. I’m going to use these for the Camino de Santiago.

Great boot, but too narrow for me
- I returned this product before using it
I love Oboz products, so after returning the Merrill boots I ordered that weren't quite right on the achilles for me, I tried these. Loved them but for the toe-box, which was quite narrow. I don't have wide feet either. everything else about them is great -- footbed is so comfy, and materials are high quality, but I couldn't get past that toe box. My thought is, if you want, consider sizing up to give yourself more room (it's not high-volume either), or consider the Sawtooth, which is what I ended up with. The Sawtooth is roomier, and super comfy! :-)
