Don't let that your dreams of coldsmoke and delicious, untouched powder be foiled when you realize you've got the whole driveway to shovel before going outside to play. Instead, do as your childhood self would have done: reach for the Oboz Men's Big Sky Insulated BDry Boot, grab your gear, and rally through that couple of feet of snow that stands between you and your weekend plans—leave the shoveling for later.
And as you put the pedal to the metal, gently of course, allow the Big Sky boot to wrap your foot in cozy warmth. More specifically, this boot features a tough, oiled leather upper with a BDry membrane that offers waterproof protection in the face of precipitation and fluffy snow. To further your defense against the deep and dark cold, the Big Sky Boot boasts Thinsulate synthetic insulation for furnace-like fervor, and the Granite Peak sole features temperature-sensitive rubber to assure traction when you need it most.

Good muck boot, pity making stopped
- Familiarity:
- I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
It is great muck boot so surprised that Oboz stopped making it. Slip in water proof concept is great, it is nice overall but due to insulation and limited breathability you have to use in only on coldish days otherwise you'll be toasted. Also I thing that Nubuck is not a great choice as you can not apply normal shoe cream to restore DRW and have to go to expensive Nickwax etc. And it will look like plain leather in several weeks anyways.
