I needed a good pair of sunglasses for mountain biking. They work great for me in and out of the shadows , which is where I was having the problem with my old glasses. They also do a pretty good job on keeping dust out of your eyes. I have a big head and a lot of glasses give me a headache but this feel great. Would buy again.
