Whether you're canoeing around or you're helping you buddies man the deck of the fishing boat, protect your hands with the NRS Tactical Gloves. Built with protective neoprene and sturdy armor patches, these rowing gloves protect your hands from blistering while giving you reliable grip for paddling, rowing, and handling rope. A sticky GripCote layer between armored patches adds even more friction so you won't find yourself slipping around on the paddle handles or steering wheel. These gloves secure around your wrists with a hook-and-loop closure for next-to-skin, low-profile wear while still providing protection when the rowing gets rough.

Good Option for Swift Water Rescue
- Familiarity:
- I've put it through the wringer
- Size Bought:
- LG
This gloves are a good option for those who are involved with water rescue operations. The 2mm allows for finger dexterity for throwing a bag, recoiling it, or setting up a 3:1 rope tension system. I spent a 8 hour day practicing in 50F degree water with an air temp about the same and my hands stayed warm. The extra padding in the palm has is great for maintaining a solid grip on a carabiner or wet rope. I did not care for the elastic band on the wrist, but a pair of shears can take care of the that if you don't want it. Overall, a good glove and would recommend it for those who are involved with water rescue operations.
