Details

Built to go the distance.

When conditions are less than ideal, throw the NRS Women’s Endurance Pants over your insulating layers to block wind, spray, and rain for a downright comfortable paddle. The waterproof, breathable 2.5-layer Hyprotex fabric lets excess heat and moisture escape to keep you comfortable, while the dual hook-and-loop adjustments let you cinch the plush neoprene waistband tight to seal out nasty weather and keep dry comfort in. Reinforced seat and knees add extra durability in high-wear areas during rougher rides, while the splash-proof thigh pocket keeps small essentials close at hand.

Awesome SEMI-dry pants

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times

Love these pants! I feel like the descriptions leads the reader to believe they're a little more of a dry-pant, but I would tend to say they're a solid splash-pant. Water can still get in through the waist and ankles a little bit (though not bad at all) if you're in whitewater so I ended up with wet calves and a waist, but for keeping you way warmer and way drier I love them. If you're paddling around in a lake and just getting the occasional splash or drip I imagine you'd stay totally dry. They run a little big; I almost always wear a large in letter-size pants but I'm a medium in these (5'9" 155). They're sized to fit over layers and I wear them with wool long johns and they fit just right. Great pant for the price; they'll keep you nice and toasty and the pocket is splashproof enough that I felt comfortable keeping my (water-resistant) phone in there. Love 'em!
