Now's Skate Tech "baseless" baseplate construction creates a more responsive board feel, allowing energy transfer to bypass the middleman and hit the board directly. The Freewing highback features a slight height boost, a ten-degree rotation, and a lateral hook, dampening chatter and adding support to our ride. But when we prefer a looser skate-like feel, Flushcup technology lets us ride securely without the highback.
