Well designed

I really did not want to like this, because it is $50 to $100 more expensive than the rest of the fleeces I tried. Ah well. Apart from that, there are only 2 things I don't like about it, which are outweighed by everything else: the feel is very slightly plasticky, and the main zipper is on the flimsy side. And now the pros: thick and structured, so slightly more polished looking, somewhere between a jacket and a sweatshirt. Nice and LONG! Yay! Size Medium is 18" pit to pit, and a lovely 26" from back of neck to bottom. Sleeves similarly nice and long, pit to sleeve hem is 24" for the Medium. The color is excellent (I bought "indigo night", true to photo) and is...not black! Zippered pockets are nice. Thumb loops a bit weird but I think I might grow to like them. SCUBA-style hood is great.
