Poor QC / adjustment cams issue prone

Familiarity:
I've used it several times

Will echo the other reviewer here - on my first day out 'beta' testing a new binding I discovered that my buckle strap screws were barely threaded. I had gone over the binding on the larger bolts prior to riding, didn't find any issues - figured the buckles would be fine (my bad assumption). I'm now questioning the quality of this binding based on all my buckles having loose screws. ( I had to have a screwdriver brought up on a lift to fix one - thankfully it popped off before I went into a steeper run) After a few days of use both on and off piste I have discovered that the 'adjustment' friction cams on the straps should be screws not cams. (there's a reason most binding msg's use screws) These pop up easily getting in and out of mechanized transport... I have safety wired them as they're a weak spot. Once it's all together they ride well and I really like the footbed cant ... but the manufacturing is so questionable the I don't have faith in them.

Familiarity:
I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
Size Bought:

First day riding this binding, compared to my burton malavita, itis very not comfortable to use and the ankle strap came off during riding and I injured my thigh and ended my snowboard trip early. i couldve end up in the hospital at that high speed, and I hate to even think about it. terrible quality control from NITRO wow. never have I ever had any ankle strap came off during riding, at most just lose, this thing came off, I cant believe it. will be returning this terrible product.
