Get a second pack while you're at it...

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

You might not be able to come up with reasons of why you would need a 3-pack of biners but once you have them, you'll want as second pack. Super versatile and reliable.

    Hold things (that aren't you)

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

Great little biner to have around for various small things. Keys, water bottles, cameras, etc. Great versatility and great value. Can't have too many of these things.

    Great Accessory Biner

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I use these for everything from hanging a lantern, to holding my elinchrom ELB 400 portable flash battery during a photo shoot, these are versatile and handy to have . I keep one or two in my car and have had any number of reasons to employ them.

    a variety of versatile

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I use these for my keys, for my chalk bag, for clipping things to my backpacking backpack, etc etc
There's three handy sizes, and they're smooth, tough clips. Easy to clip on, and sturdy. Love 'em!

    Handy Biners

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times

The more I use them, the more I find a use for them. I like these better than a regular biner because the keys/water bottle etc. are on one side of the biner and than you use the other side to clip on and off of your pack or whatever.

    Very versatile

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

From locking the chicken coop to holding keys to extending a tent guy line. These things are super versatile. Get a set for around the house and get a couple for your camping gear. You will find a use for all for them.

    Great for holding things.

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

This is great for holding things and stuff. Not limited to keys, water bottles, make shift camera straps, etc. It is, however, limited to holding people. Don't do that.

    Convenient - Many uses

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

Biners #2, #3, and #4 all conveniently sold together. These come in handy at the most inopportune times and I'm glad I picked up 2 sets of them. Weight limits are 10, 25, & 75lbs, respectively. I know anyone could use these around the house, garage, or in the car/truck, but for camping or hiking- I feel like these are a necessity.

    Great add to my pack

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times

These came is very handy for our backpacking trip. They held water pack lines still, added sleeping mats to the outside of packs, helped me add everything from my kids pack to mine when he was too sick to carry it all. Great to clip my keys where I would find them right away when we finally made it back to the car. Super convenient to have around.

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times

I got these for backpacking but find myself using them for a variety of uses. They can literally be used for pretty much anything you want. I don't use the #2 that often since it's pretty small with a low carry weight , but I'm sure it will come in handy at one point. Overall they're super versatile and handy.

    Great Quick Connect

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

As others have said, you can find hundreds of uses for these things. I like to use them when I have shoddy zippers that will not stay closed. I also use it to occasionally hang a small speaker from my pack

    Endless uses

I use the small #2 to lock an old tent's tent zippers at night. Our smaller dog likes to try and pop open the zippers while we are sleeping and wander around. Not anymore. The #2 fits into the holes of the zipper cars where a climbing biner cannot.

      • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

These things are versatile and light. I use the smallest one included #2 as a ring for 4 keys. Used the middle one for a biner on my nalgene, then promptly lost it. Not sure where the biggest one is; it's pretty useless compared to a normal biner.

      • Familiarity: I've used it several times

I have never liked the fake biners for light duty non-climbing use. Just buy a real climbing biner that is about the same price, way better quality and could really be used in the case of an emergency.

Yes, I do have one of these only because it's a gift.

Awesome key chain, better than the .99 carabiner @ home depot.

Middle, or large is best, small one not ideal fro more than 2 keys.

I use the middle one for 2 car keys w/ remotes, couple house keys and a bunch of those stupid plastic store "cards" and a small gerber pocket knife.
