    Switching it up.

    For a while, aluminum tended to be on the back-burner when it came to high-performance bike components, but that's all changing with gear like the Niner RDO Stem. It's seriously light, at just 115g in the largest 110mm length, and strong enough to charge anything you feel like pointing your bike at. Two bolts lock onto the steerer tube, four more exercise a kung-fu grip on your handlebars, and the glossy finish looks killer on any bike.

    The Perfect Connection

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

    Connecting your fork to your bars is a pretty utilitarian task, but the Niner RDO stem does it in style. The stem is light and provides just enough pop to make your ride stand out. I love the carefully coordinated graphics, designed to go well with a broad range of frame colors. I have had zero issues with the stem after installing it over a month ago.

    Looks nice, bolts are painted, surface is shiny. Color options are great. Compliments the RDO seatpost very well. Fours stars because, really, what does a 5-star stem feel like? This one is as good as any out there.
