Leather gets stiff, so give your feet a break and soften it up.

Ordering a pair of full grain smooth leather boots from our site? Nikwax's Leather Conditioner should be the next product you turn to. This stuff conditions and restores the suppleness of the leather to revive that crusty old pair of boots or break-in your newly purchased, treasured—but still painful—new ones. 4.2 fl. oz. (125 ml)

    • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

I've applied this product to my winter boots that got pretty trashed this winter and the results were like new! I worked up in Park City's Sundance Film Festival and was pretty much splashing around in salt all day. You could only imagine what that did to the leather of my boots... giving the product 4 stars because I personally don't think it lasts as long as the bottle claims. Would buy again!

Used on 11 year boots, and it worked for me

The product itself works like a charm, bringing new life to boots that are on their last leg, even with new soles and heels. I also used the conditioner on Dansko clogs, and some other casual leather shoes. I really love how the color goes back into the shoes after application. Actually I would have started my review with 5 stars not 4, but I hated the manufacturing packaging. The second time I went to open the bottle it came apart like a bottle of champagne, and spilled all over me, my table and my kitchen floor. Buyer beware!

I just picked up a bottle of this stuff and I went to town on my boots in the bathtub, now my bathtub is frighteningly lubricated and waterproof. How do I put an end to this nightmare? Do I need brillo pads or something? Asking for a friend

Hey Frank! Thank your friend for their question! I would recommend intense soap and scrubbing and go to town! Sorry that happened, I hope that works but if not I would try to contact Nikwax customer service and see if they have an easy solution for you! If you have any other questions please feel free to reach out to me! My information is in the upper right hand corner!
