Okay! Has a design flaw

Great concept. Has lots of compartments. But very poor design and execution. This bag has fundamental design flaws with the shoulder strap. The flaw is in the way the strap attachment in the bag is at an angle (it is a cool concept but fails miserably for all practical purposes), and there is a single rectangular metal connector on both sides which connects the strap to the bag. This flaw makes the nylon strap and the nylon connector that is attached to the bag to bunch up in the corners of the connector when you carry it no matter how much you adjust it. Furthermore, the bag also becomes shapeless when you add stuff in it. Overall, I regret buying this expensive bag!
