    Miles and miles.

Jump into a local race with a girlfriend for the fun of it or lace up for your regular Saturday run with the Nike Zoom Structure 20 Running Shoe on your feet, and you'll enjoy a mix of cushioning and support whether you're logging 3.1 or 13.1. The Structure's been a loyal part of Nike's running line for well, two decades now, and though just about everything about the shoe has changed in the last twenty years, its subtle blend of support and springy Zoom Air cushioning haven't.

Made for runners who need a little extra stability in a shoe, but don't want to run with bricks on their feet, the Structure now promotes healthy biomechanics using a wider base, as well as its signature dual-density cushioning. By providing more ground contact, you have a stabler platform on which to land and push off, plus firmer EVA foam along the inside of your foot, where overpronation occurs. Along the uppers, Nike's Flymesh fabric wraps around the lumps and contours of your foot for a nearly custom fit, its airy flexibility countered with supportive Flywire around the instep for security where you need it most. Inside the shoe, an inner mesh sleeve cradles your foot in a breathable "sock" that still allows your toes to stretch and splay while you run.

    • Stay stable and light on your feet with this everyday trainer
    • Uppers provide a stretchy, contoured fit without hot spots
    • Dual-density cushioning and stable base provide extra support
    • Zoom Air pods in forefoot and heel add energetic spring
    • Inner mesh sleeve contributes to custom, breathable fit

    Great for maintenance runs

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

My wife likes to run, and needed a different shoe for every day training, over the very light weight/support shoes she uses for races. These shows feel heavy, but once on the feet provide great shock absorption, and stability. There is a great "roll" to the shoe when running, so you are able to get a natural stride. They do fit a little tight width wise. This is nice while actually running/training, but makes it slightly uncomfortable if you are just running errands or going on a walk. The tab on the back also tends to run on the heel and did cause blisters. I would recommend a tabbed running sock to go with these to prevent blistering and get optimal usage.

Overall great shoe for running/training maintenance.

    Cute, Great Shoe

    • Familiarity: I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share

I gave these awesome shoes to my mom for Christmas. I could not have picked a more perfect gift! She LOVED them! Her favorite color is pink and this has the perfect amount. She wanted some new tennis shoes with a little thicker sole for heel support. These shoes were exactly what she was looking for and she is already wearing them everywhere.

    Casual wear

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times
    • Fit: Runs small

I just bought these and have only been wearing them around town. I'm usually a 9-9.5. I bought a 9 and they seem a bit snug, but still fit. Overall very cushy and comfy.

    extra cushy

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times
    • Fit: True to size
    • Height: 6'1"
    • Weight: 180lbs

Wife needed some new shoes for gym and treadmill time. She tried out several and settled on these due to the look, fit and subtle extra cush in the sole vs the other nikes and ascics and salomon she tried on.
