The Ultralight Snowboard is the ultimate freeride weapon for taking on the steepest, sketchiest lines possible. It offers powerful response and surgical precision in an incredibly low-weight package for mind-blowing performance in the biggest mountains around. To achieve unbeatable lightness, Nidecker implemented their unique 3DN outline, a tri-blend wood core, and material-reducing Freeflex 3.0 to cut down on grams from every angle. Additionally, the board's tech comes from nearly weightless carbon. The dynamic Carbonid topsheet offers razor-like precision in exposed terrain, carbon stringers amp up the board's liveliness, and the nano carbon-infused N-9000 sintered base lets riders charge full-throttle down any surface.
Nidecker's innovative Freeride Camrock profiling makes the board torsionally flexible while maintaining stiffness and stability, resulting in superior control and steering without compromising high-speed performance. Its directional shape and setback stance keep us afloat in powder, and there's an extra set of inserts even further back that can be set up on the absolute deepest days of the season.

I picked up a 161, 5 cm longer than my usual board, and have never snowboarded so fast. This board really likes to go straight and fast. When you do manage to turn it on edge it holds and accelerates. I easly got to 50mph on this board at Snowbird, and that was taking it easy. It will hold anyline no mater how steep, bumpy, icy, tracked out, or whatever as long as your strong enough to hold on.
