Mesh takes a close-hewed approach to covering your foot while still giving your little piggies room to wriggle. Synthetic overlays are welded on for stitch-free support. Tiny trail terrors like gravel and twigs stay far from your sole thanks to the gusseted tongue.

The support and softness underfoot starts with the PU insert. The sole-sweetness continues with the RevLite foam midsole. This responsive material weighs up to 30% less than comparable foam midsoles to keep your steps light from beginning to end. If your gait gears towards the heel-heavy end of the spectrum, you'll want to give yourself some time to adjust to the 4mm offset before tackling a 12-mile excursion. Several different sizes and depths of hexagonal Vibram lugs give you sure-footed confidence to ascend steep, scree-laden trails—even after a spitty spring drizzle makes the going tricky and slick.
