Park paradise is calling.
Welcome to park paradise. It's always sunny here, with freshly sculpted jumps, perfectly dialed jibs, and non-existent lift lines. Lucky for you, the Never Summer Onyx Women's Snowboard is playfully guiding your every move, helping you press with authority, stomp stylish spins, and bonk off everything in sight. This twin-shaped board is the softest in Never Summer's line for effortless freestyle and easy-turning maneuverability. Its Original Rocker Camber gives you the loose, catch-free feel of rocker underfoot, with cambered zones outside the bindings for added spring when you're carving and snapping ollies.
Although park paradise is where this board performs best, it's not afraid to leave for the freshly filled glades and gullies of the mountain, injecting a fun, freestyle-focused feel into your all-mountain riding. Since there's rocker underfoot, the Onyx actually floats better than its twin shape suggests. Think pow-wheelies and slashing through tree runs with the quick-turning maneuverability of a shorter freestyle board.
Looking inside this tropical-themed park board, the Press Flex core bestows much of the board's easy-flexing characteristics, making it insanely easy to press, pop, and butter. FDS Dampening uses thinner rubber foil, helping to reduce vibration without sacrificing the board's super-lively feel and poppy persona. And because the board is so lively and loose, Never Summer's Vario Power Grip sidecut keeps you firmly engaged into the snow, even if you're riding crusty groomers and stomping icy landings.

- Q & A
Glad I added this to my collection!
- Familiarity: I've used it several times
I have a many boards but I was looking for something slightly softer in flex for a more playful ride. This nailed it, even though it is generally a softer flex the board still rips and holds an edge even when you really start to cruise. I would recommend this board to a girl who maybe just wants to add to her collection a board that can do park, and still hold an edge all mountain.
