Awesome bag!
I spend a lot of time camping with my dad and we share our thoughts on products we use with one another. He bought this sleeping bag a couple seasons ago and has loved it. After waking up cold on a few trips while he tells me how warm he was, I had to bite the bullet and get the bag I really wanted. I bought the 15 degree bag and am so glad I did. The spoon shape is awesome and allows for space in the bag while still keeping me warm. I love the weight of the bag as well.

Very impressed!
I got the 15-degree regular on a very good sale. As the title says, I am impressed with this bag. This is my first down sleeping bag and I know I made the right choice in this purchase. Recently I used this bag in 32F during a trip in upstate PA. Warm is not how I would describe this bag; a better word is HOT! I slept with both Thermo Gills open all night and still had to unzip the bag a few times just to let cold air in. At one point I unzipped it and used it as blanket. I could not be more impressed with the amount of warmth produced in this bag without sacrificing comfort. I do not get the negative reviews of this bag. I can only assume people are pairing this with a poor pad with a low R value. I used a BA zoom UL pad in a Nemo Hornet Elite 1p tent. I feel I could easily take this down to the 24F comfort rating and still be very warm. I would definitely recommend this bag to anyone looking to stay warm throughout the night. Thank You Nemo!

Best bag I've ever owned
Great bag! Packs small for a 15 degree bag, has plenty of room for side sleeping, and it's very warm. I've taken it down to 34 so far and it was nice warm the entire night. The pillow sleeve is a really nice touch.

Roomy but not warm
I’ve had this bag for two years. It’s the 15 degree rated bag. I’ve used it in several different environments, Tennessee mountains, Oklahoma fields, Northern and Southern New Mexico, and throughout Colorado. The use has been in all four seasons. This bag has been extremely comfortable but lacks in the insulation. I’m a warm sleeper and anytime the temps deep into the 30’s I have to either put a heater into the tent or put a liner into the bag. I always use a quality sleeping pad, so that’s not way I’m cold. I also sleep in wool base layers with alpaca socks and stocking cap. If you don’t mind a little extra effort to stay warm in cold temps (below 40) or camp in warmer temps, I’d highly recommend, but if you’re a cold sleeper or a section/through hiker I’d suggest looking elsewhere.

So much to love, but some disappointment..
My partner and I bought the Disco 15 bags so that we could zip them together, while also carrying them separately. Such a cool feature! It is a very comfortable bag, and great if you like room to toss and turn in your sleep! At the discount price, definitely worth it! There is a major issue I have with this bag though. At a 650 fill, I didn’t expect the most loft. What I also didn’t expect was the zero loft/down in the chest area. I’ve attached pictures to show the change in loft from the foot box to the chest. Idk if Nemo did this bc your torso tends to be the warmest part of your body, or the down has shifted from being shelved vertically in store. If the latter is the case, I really wish there were cross seams on the bag to help hold the down in place. Since it’s a 650 fill, I feel like it’s super important that the down is consistent throughout the bag. Though I mostly stay warm in the summer nights, I definitely feel cold spots in the fringe season when I’m sleeping solo. That’s probably the only issue I have with the bag, but it’s a BIG one for the investment of a quality bag.

NEMO DISCO
I HAVE USED IT ON TWO BACK PACKING TRIPS. ONE IN THE RUBY MOUNTAINS NEVADA AND IN SEQUOYA NATIONAL PARK IN CALIFORNIA. BOTH TRIPS INCLUDED CAMP SITES AT 10,000' OR HIGHER. I AM A WARM SLEEPER AND I REPLACED MY OLD REI BAG WITH THIS ONE ASSUMING THAT GIVEN THE HIGH ALTITUDES I WOULD BE SLEEPING IN, THIS 15° BAG WOULD BE WARM. I WAS WRONG. DURING THE FIRST TRIP, THE TEMP DROPPED TO MAYBE 30° DURING BOTH TRIPS AND I WAS FREEZING. HAD TO WEAR THERMALS TO GET WARM. I THOUGHT IT WAS JUST ME SO I TRIED AGAIN AND THE SAME THING...THIS IS VERY DISAPPOINTING AS THE BAG SIZE, CONSTRUCTION AND FEATURES ARE GREAT. IT IS HARD TO BELIEVE THAT 600 DOWN IS REALLY WHAT IS IN THAT BAG... I DID CALL THE NEMO COMPANY AND SPOKE WITH A REP A WHILE BACK AND HE SAID THAT I COULD RETURN IT BUT I NEVER DID. ITS TIME NOW... I NEED A WARMER BAG.

Total Let Down :(
I was SO EXCITED when I bought this and its pair for my partner and myself. We sat on them for a while and finally decided to try them out in the back yard last night before doing some more intense hiking this weekend, and we're really lucky we did! I pitched our Nemo two-person tent, inflated our Klymit 3" sleeping pad and zipped the bags together, ready to go. My poor partner made it til about 1am (50F) tossing and turning and trying to be comfortable before giving up and going inside. Determined to see it through, I zipped my bag up around me and remained. By 4am, I could feel my whole body losing heat, like I was underwater. I was sure it must have been 30F... maybe 25F.... I checked the thermometer and it was, drumroll please........ a whopping 42F. I ended up wrapping my partner's abandoned bag around my own for extra warmth and that's how I made it through what should have been a completely uneventful night in the back yard. I'm so glad we found out before we ended up in the back country with such inadequate equipment. Some additional points: * I thought zipping the bags together was gonna be neat, but it ended up being really cold because we couldn't close the space between us (without just sleeping locked together the whole night). It's a fun idea, but I think kind of impossible to implement well. Not really Nemo's fault, but just a note. * The craftsmanship does seem to be quite good on these. They look nice, they have nice features, and they certainly pack down well - they just don't do the main thing they're meant to do, which is keep you warm :(.

The coldest night I have spent in this bag so far is 29F. Paired with a Nemo Tensor Insulated pad I stayed very warm all night. Only used light weight base layer to sleep in. This bag has plenty of room to move around and packs down nicely. I really like it.

Disappointed- Be ready to shiver all night!
I bought this bag for a fall hiking trip. It was meant to be an upgrade from my MEC -7C bag. After a great deal of research- what a total let down! Even when it arrived in mail, I thought, no way is this a -9C bag....Very expensive bag to leave you shivering all night at 0C. It feels like the bag only had half the fill it needs in comparison my MEC. I can't imagine using this bag at -9C. Seriously question how people give this bag such glowing reviews. Expensive garbage bag. Should have returned it immediately!!!!

I'm considering this bag for 3 season trips and will add a liner for any cold winter temps. Are there any liners that you can recommend to get it down to a below 0 F rating? Also, I am 5 foot 11.5 inches, would you suggest a regular or long size variety?

When will new colorways be out for your down bags? I have an older Forte and wanted to move to a down bag, but while I like your current synthetic colors, none of the down colors appeal to me.

I have the Nemo Rave women's 15. I am looking at getting my hubby the Disco 15. Will the Disco zip to the Rave (circa 2019)? They both have the updated spoon shape, but I'm not sure how long the zip compatability has been a thing.
