While the hull is stable for easy balance, the keel is sharp in order to slice through water with tremendous efficiency and easy glide. Its roomy cockpit has a fully adjustable Active Comfort System 2.0 seat, so you can sit in killer comfort during long paddles, and Necky padded the thighs so you don't come home with bruised gams after a long day on the lake. The Support Track foot braces are also adjustable to accommodate a variety of different leg lengths.

You can bring plenty of gear along on your paddling trips thanks the Rip's Quick Seal stern hatch, which eliminates the need for dry bags with a buckle system that offers a watertight seal to keep your storage area dry. Throw your favorite beverage in the cup holder for easy sipping when you're out for a leisurely paddle on a glassy lake, and stash a jacket and bottle of sunscreen in the front bungee straps so you're ready for whatever Mother Nature throws at you. With all these features, it's easy to see how any paddler would feel confident and comfortable spending a full day out on the lake in the Rip.
