Ouch
I wanted to love this pack. I researched packs extensively prior to purchasing this pack and was extra excited about having a women’s pack that wasn’t pink or purple, but ouch! The inferior/bottom portion of the structural bar/grid structure digs into my upper sacrum so much. I tried adjusting everything in every possible way but could not get it to a comfortable setting. It’s like an extra pad should be seen at the bottom of the pack where it rests on your lumbar and sacral area as packs from some other brands have. I eventually unbuckled the hip portion altogether and continued with the pack being supported from only my shoulders because it was so painful to have the hip band buckled. I do not recommend.

I love everything about this pack. I love the pockets and compartments, and how sturdy the zippers are.

Best pack design ever!
I’ve been using this pack for quite a bit now and not only is it comfortable but it’s also ridiculously practical! We all know the one thing we need is always at the bottom of our pack. This eliminates the need to dig everything out and allows you to simply filet it open to access everything SO easily. I have never enjoyed a pack so much. I want every size!

Super comfortable
I’ve taken this on a couple weekend trips and so far it has been the most comfortable pack I’ve ever owned! All the compartments are an added bonus so that you can easily grab things you need without digging for them.
