Love it! Make a bigger version!

I've used it several times

Love this pan. Took it on our honeymoon touring the national parks. Distributes heat well and the detachable handle functions well. Fits well with our MSR Alpine 2 pot set and nests directly under the 2L pot while still fitting the bag that the pots came in. Just wish MSR would make a larger version of this that would be good for a bigger family, one that could nest under the 3L pot of the MSR Alpine 4 set.

Stainless frying pan

Great little frying pan, does everything I need. Cleans easy, well made and the double bottom is great. The handle lock system works well also.

What are the measurements and weight?

Does this nest with the other Alpine 2...

Does this nest with the other Alpine 2 cookset?

The Alpine Fry Pan will not nest in the Alpine 2, two liter pot. They are both 7.5 inches in diameter plus the handle attaches on the outside of the pan which takes even more room. The Alpine 2 Cookset already has a frying pan with the lid & a pot lifter. Save yourself both weight & money.

Since this has the same diameter as the Alpine 2 cookset it won't nest per say, but will stack very nicely on the bottom of the 2L pan or under the 1.5 L and on top of the 2L. Best bet to conserve space is to flip it upside down and use stack it as a "lid" on the 1.5 L.
