Solar Power is fake! (at least for luci)

I've used it several times

Interesting product. If it was advertised as a usb device it would get 3 stars. I've been trying to charge it in the direct sunlight for more than a week. Nothing. Maybe the high desert of New Mexico just doesn't get enough sun. If I ever get it to charge I will come back an update.
