Knockabout 4L Sling Bag

NOT a shoulder sling!!

No matter how I adjust this, it's not meant to be a shoulder sling/crossbody type bag - which is why I had purchased it. In fact when it arrived, the tag says it's a lumbar pack!! It can be used comfortably as a hip pack - I'm only giving 3 stars because it's not terrible if you use it as a hip pack, but I bought this because I wanted its shoulder bag functionality. I don't see how this would make sense as a lumbar pack, but that's what the actual brand tag says it is. Hip pack worn on the side makes the most sense. It's not as spacious as I had hoped. Overall decent materials but I'm not thrilled because I thought this would be more functional than what it is. Wearing it on your hip does decrease the volume because you are introducing a curve. FWIW I'm very very petite with a short torso. I'm 4'10" so if anyone could have made this work as a shoulder/crossbody sling, it would have been me. There's not nearly enough length on the straps to convert it to the advertised use.
